Kevin spacey ordered to pay 31 million dollars over sexual harassment allegations

Actor Kevin Spacey is still engulfed in a cloud of legal proceedings. Spacey, who portrayed Frank Underwood in 'House of Cards' has been sentenced to pay the program's production company, MRC, about $31 million.
